Our company
FedeZu Group is an international developer with headquarters in three European capitals – Warsaw, London and Madrid. Today FedeZu is a group of ten companies that have experience as both general contractor and substitute investor. The dynamically operating Group commenced the implementation of the first projects in 2006. From the beginning of its operations, the Group’s construction investments were distinguished by the use of the best technologies, the highest quality materials and refined architectural designs. When creating projects, we used 15 years of experience gained on the Spanish market, where we implemented projects under the name of De Zuniga Real Estate Group. During this period, we created high-class apartments and commercial buildings that allowed us to develop the highest standards currently used by us on the Polish market.

As the General Contractor of construction projects in Warsaw, we have built over 100 apartments and 6,000 sq m of usable space.

Having been exposed to the industry from a young age, Fernando began his career in development property working for Acciona in Madrid and in Warsaw, where he was a development director. Then he started developments in Poland for the last 12 years , founding FedeZu group, following his family experience in Spain during 30 years.
His development vision was born from his early experience in Madrid projects. He holds a degree in architecture from Univerity of Navarra, Spain, MSc in Finance in Cass Business School in London and Phd Studies in Economics and Management in Warsaw School of Economics.

Received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Universidad Anáhuac and completed his Master’s Degree in Madrid, Spain. He has been an Assistant Professor of the London Business School for four years in the Master’s (MBA) and Executive Education (EMBA) Programs, he has more than 10 years of experience in the real estate market, he is a partner and Founder of the Constructor and Promotora Dimu SA Of C.V. Which has operations in Mexico. He has been Director of Government Relations of the Mexico Chamber of Commerce in the United Kingdom.
